i have been using 100% pure aloe vera, that blue aloe vera stuff u can get at Walgreen's, cetaphil deep moisturizer, and hawaiian tropic after sun moisturizer.

about a week for me. your regimen sounds good. some people use vinegar. be careful when taking showers! it might hurt. Cold water is also good.
