How can i wake up feeling well rested and energetic?

I am 16 years old, and i lead a pretty average lifestyle. I go to bed around 11:00pm and get up between 6:00am and 6:15am every morning. I sleep on a pretty good quality pillow top mattress (twin sized). I wake up somewhere around 2 times a night, on average, and can fall back asleep within about a 2 minutes. Now, i know that it is natural for people to feel tired in the morning but i feel extreme stress on my body, and mind when i force myself up. After being up a few hours i start to get energy, but is there anyway i can WAKE UP feeling rested and awake as i do around 10?

Not sure if you eat healthy or lead an active lifestyle, but this would be ideal for having more energy. It sounds like a contradiction but working out in the morning will give you more energy throughout the entire day....and actually help you sleep better at night.
